AI and content policy

This AI / Content Policy sets out the rules for the use of the Readivo services in relation to audio content, artificial intelligence and voice-related content.

1. USER RESPONSIBILITY

The User is fully responsible for all audio content created, uploaded or made available through the Readivo services, regardless of whether the audio is generated from text, uploaded as a pre-recorded file or recorded via the Studio tool.

The User represents and warrants that they hold all necessary rights to the audio content, including copyright, related rights, voice rights and consents of all affected individuals.

2. PROHIBITED USE

The User must not use the Readivo services in particular to:

  • impersonate or imitate specific individuals (voice impersonation) without their consent;
  • create or distribute misleading, deceptive or fraudulent audio content;
  • infringe intellectual property rights of third parties;
  • create or distribute unlawful or harmful content.

3. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Audio generated through the Readivo services is produced by automated systems and may not always be fully accurate or error-free.

The Provider does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or suitability of automatically generated audio content.

4. ENFORCEMENT

Violation of this AI / Content Policy may result in restriction, suspension or termination of access to the Readivo services, in accordance with the Terms of Service.

This AI / Content Policy supplements the Terms of Service and applies to all users of the Readivo services.
